At Arizona Element Solutions, we’re pioneering a smarter, leaner way to bring critical rare-earth materials to market—starting with Neodymium (Nd), Praseodymium (Pr), and Dysprosium (Dy), the essential building blocks of permanent magnets used in electric vehicles, wind turbines, defense systems, and next-gen electronics.
We are currently in the early development phase of building a state-of-the-art rare-earth oxide refinery, designed around solvent extraction (SX) technology that is both scalable and environmentally responsible. With a projected go-live date in mid-2026, our goal is to help fill a massive domestic supply gap while reducing America’s reliance on foreign refining.
Behind the scenes, we are actively negotiating multi-year MOUs with concentrate suppliers, including domestic and international bastnäsite producers, to ensure a stable, high-grade feedstock supply. Simultaneously, we’re building long-term offtake relationships with U.S.-based magnet manufacturers, clean energy OEMs, and defense contractors who require consistent access to refined, high-purity REOs.
By aligning our operations with U.S. energy and security goals—and leveraging Arizona’s unique industrial advantages—we aim to become a trusted cornerstone in the nation’s rare-earth supply chain.
