At Arizona Element Solutions, we’re redefining how critical rare-earth materials re-enter the U.S. supply chain—starting with high-value NdFeB magnet scrap sourced from end-of-life EV motors, HDD drives, and wind-turbine generators. Our pilot-scale refinery in metro Phoenix area uses advanced hydrogen decrepitation, precision jet-milling, and eco-friendly passivation to produce 30–32% TREO-rated neodymium-praseodymium powder right here in Arizona.
We’re in advanced talks to lock in our pilot-phase supply—securing 27.8 t/month of high-grade magnet scrap from trusted regional partners under multi-year MOUs. At the same time, we’re forging offtake agreements with U.S. magnet makers, clean-energy OEMs, and defense contractors to ensure steady demand. By combining local logistics, a streamlined COD delivery model, and transparent index-linked pricing, we’ll provide consistent, high-purity Nd–Pr powder, reduce carbon emissions, and strengthen America’s rare-earth independence. Join us on our path to full commercial production in mid-2026 as we establish Arizona’s premier rare-earth refining hub.
